Sometimes the first step in therapy isn't making an appointment, but accepting the need to seek help. If you're reading this, you've already made progress. My philosophy is that therapy works best when there is a rapport, trust and collaboration established between the client and therapist. My training and personal experiences have helped me understand not all counselors are the same nor all clients. Located in Las Vegas, NV, I am conveniently located in Summerlin, near the Rainbow Curve. I enjoy helping others overcome such trials as anxiety, depression, and trauma. In some cases, my clients are seeking support through life transitions, such as high school to college, career changes, "empty-nesters" and religious and spiritual confusion. I draw from several counseling methods in order to tailor your therapy to meet your needs. I strongly believe in the connection between mind and body. I specialize in you.
I believe there is hope in ending all trials and change is possible. My therapy style involves creating a safe environment in which you feel comfortable and able to express yourself freely, without judgment or criticism. You are the expert on your life; I help you facilitate the desired changes.

Leslie R. Trammell
I was born and raised in Montana, later moving to Colorado and Idaho. I moved to Las Vegas in 1999 after completing my studies in practical nursing at Idaho State University. After staying home for many years with my children, I decided to complete my undergraduate degree. I graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master of Science in Clinical Professional Counseling in February 2016. As someone who has personally struggled with and overcome anxiety and depression, I have a passion for helping others feel less controlled by whatever their issues might be. I know it can be exhausting and you don't have to live that way. For most of my adult life, I have desired becoming a therapist. I find great pleasure in helping others. It is my passion as your therapist to help you find hope, happiness, and balance in life.
"The word happiness would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness" -- Carl Jung
